Hello, It's 2 PM and I have just been to my fourth poop session at the toilet. It's not even my PR at this time of the day! (True story from yesterday) I love pooping because it's my most relaxing part of the day. I don't have to think about my wife or to run around and play Pokémon with my son, who really wants this Gengar for Christmas. However, sometimes my stomach can call me at very inconvenient times. Sometimes at work and sometimes while being out in the public where no toilets are to be found. The main reason why I'm pooping so much is because I'm bulking around 3100 calories a day. I'm 31 years old, 175 cm (5.8 ft) and 69 kg (152 lbs). I was wondering if it's possible to make my poops less often and maybe more solid? Because right now they are in smaller pieces (typically floating) and whenever I poop (for maybe 5-10 minutes) I don't feel I'm getting everything out and therefore has to go again in 3-4 hours. Sometimes I go twice in the morning! I do fart a lot generally.any suggestions? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
