I have been trying my hand at body building on and off since 3 years. This time I really want to get into it. Do you guys have any tips for a building a good beginners bodybuilding routine? Thanks

There are tons of really good resources on the internet if you want to build a good routine for building. You should mostly try to make sure that you're eating the right kind of food. Measure your macros and eat good protein. Limit intake of junk food because if you eat the wrong stuff then all your workouts are going to go down the drain. Supplemental protein is important if you can't eat 140 gm worth of protein everyday. My advice is to find something that you can stick with. I found that amino acid supplements work better for me than protein powders, so I use them now. You will also have to carefully plan your workout in a way that you're exercising all your muscle groups over the week rather than just legs or your core.
